This time of year is when we start to see awesome movies start to pour into theaters.  Django Unchained is no exception either with an incredible Allstar cast and action filled story line.

Set in the South two years before the Civil War, DJANGO UNCHAINED stars Academy Award(R)-winner Jamie Foxx as Django, a slave whose brutal history with his former owners lands him face-to-face with German-born bounty hunter Dr. King Schultz (Academy Award(R)-winner Christoph Waltz). Schultz is on the trail of the murderous Brittle brothers, and only Django can lead him to his bounty. The unorthodox Schultz acquires Django with a promise to free him upon the capture of the Brittles–dead or alive.

One interesting bit being talked about by Yahoo! is that Dicaprio thinks they may have gone too far with this movie.  Some of the violence may be just a little over the edge:

“For me,” DiCaprio said, “the initial thing obviously was playing someone so disreputable and horrible whose ideas I obviously couldn’t connect with on any level.”  He went on: “I remember our first read through, and some of my questions were about the amount of violence, the amount of racism, the explicit use of certain language… My initial response was, ‘Do we need to go this far?’”
