Some of you out there may have just bought an iPhone 5, or are still waiting to receive yours in the mail. For those of you that fit this bill, you may want to plug your ears and close your eyes. According to the Apple addict site 9to5mac, Asian manufacturers are reporting the production of a new iPad, Apple TV, and iPhone 5S for release in the first half of 2013. Yes… an iPhone 5S.
For some of you this may have been the most disturbing news since the Kansas City Chiefs taking the lead against the Pittsburg Steelers. I am completely on board with this mentality because what the heck? I just bought some fresh to death new hardware and you are already telling me it is about to be obsolete?
It really isn’t as bad as it sounds, and it is just a rumor right now. Companies that want to be great must continue to innovate and as consumers we are victims to this, but only with cellphones it seems like. No one is freaking out when a new version of a TV pops out, or when a super new high tech workout DVD set comes out. If you want to protect yourself from this, then buy a BlackBerry.
